H&Q Asia Pacific Promotes Jong Won Lee and Yuchul Rhim to Managing Directors in Seoul Office |

| Palo Alto, CA, June 7, 2007– H&Q Asia Pacific (“H&QAP”) today announced that it has promoted Jong Won (John) Lee and Yuchul (YC) Rhim to Managing Directors in the firm’s Seoul office, where they will focus on the firm’s Korean portfolio and investments. Both Lee and Rhim had been Senior Vice Presidents with H&QAP Korea. “John Lee and YC Rhim have been valuable additions to our Korea office, which was first opened in 1998 and oversees our investments in South Korea,” said Dr. Ta-lin Hsu, Founder and Chairman. “Korea is a key country for our firm with significant investment opportunities, and this action demonstrates our strong commitment to the region and the opportunities that it presents to us.” Peter Ko, who heads up H&QAP Korea, is proud to promote from within the firm. “Korea is a key market for H&Q Asia Pacific to continue growing,” he said. “Mr. Lee and Mr. Rhim’s promotion exemplifies the high quality investment professionals we bring into and retain at the firm. Their in-depth understanding of various industries and technologies, proven leadership skills and extensive local network make them strong leaders to the Korea team and the firm at large.” Mr. Lee has been involved in all the Korean transactions since the establishment of H&Q Asia Pacific Korea in 1998. Prior to joining H&Q Asia Pacific, Mr. Lee spent eight years at Credit Agricole Indosuez, in Paris, Singapore and Hong Kong working in the Capital Market and M&A Divisions. Mr. Lee graduated from Trinity College, University of Toronto and received his Master of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. Mr. Rhim joined H&Q Asia Pacific Korea in 2003. He is involved in all investment transactions and fund raising activities in Korea. Prior to joining H&Q Asia Pacific, Mr. Rhim was a Senior Executive at Leadcorp, an investee company of H&Q Asia Pacific. He was also a Director at Littauer Technologies, an Internet holding company where he monitored several portfolio companies and served on the board of eight companies. Mr. Rhim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Seoul National University and received his Master in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
