Mr. Koga, Managing Director of H&Q Asia Pacific Japan, is responsible for investments in Japan. Mr. Koga has 26 years of experience with Sumitomo Trust & Banking Company, one of the most prestigious financial institutions in Japan. Mr. Koga has held various positions with Sumitomo, including Deputy General Manager of International Business for 4 years, General Manager of the Bank's Los Angeles branch, President & CEO of the company's US operations and his most recent position as President & CEO of Sumitomo's Asset Management Company in Tokyo. Over these 26 years, Mr. Koga has worked internationally in the areas of corporate finance, investment, global custody business and asset management business.
